Here’s a bunch of pictures on building a Sheet Laminator. Basically we put two tables together, stretched a couple of 2×4 across and the Laminator sit on the 2×4. Nothing is fastened down. Bottom line, as long as the laminator is slightly higher than the table — you are good to go.
There’s a bunch of pictures on the Air Set up. Cost of for everything over at Princess Auto was about $135.00. So doing air is cheap but makes a huge difference in the operation of the machine, specifically, you get even pressure across the entire rollers, making laminating a joy.
